Imaging X-rays is not an easy task! Whether in AXAF or any other imaging
X-ray system, certain methods are used....taking advantage of certain
principles of physics. This movie will show you in more detail how X-rays from
far away sources are brought into focus!
UPDATE: AXAF was renamed the Chandra X-ray Observatory and successfully
launched aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia on 28 July 1999.
