VIDEO:
This video starts with the center of a dying star shown as a big blue ball of gas. When the star implodes it becomes smaller and then collapses. After collapsing, it emits a gamma-ray burst that is seen across the Universe. This is shown as a giant explosion, with jets coming from the center of the collapsed star.
